Beth Naughton Beck is a Wallingford resident seeking election to serve as a judge for the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas.
Beth received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Villanova University, and obtained her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. During her time at Widener, Beth studied abroad at the University of Nairobi Faculty of Law in Nairobi, Kenya. While in Africa, Beth also climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro.
Currently, Beth is a partner at Swartz Campbell LLC in Media. Beth has been a civil trial attorney for twenty-seven (27) years handling premises liability, breach of contract, and motor vehicle accident cases. Beth is the solicitor for Aston and Upper Providence Townships where she handles municipal law issues involving labor, employment, zoning and land development. Beth has previously served the Delaware Court of Common Pleas, working as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Charles B. Burr II.
Beth is a 25-year member of the Delaware County Bar Association where she serves on the Women in the Law Committee and Voluntary Mediation Settlement Program. Beth remains active in her community, volunteering with the Episcopal Place at Park Row, and serving on the Delaware County Drug & Alcohol Advisory Board, Delaware County Heroin Task Force and The Community’s Foundation (formerly Taylor Community Foundation) Board of Directors.
Beth is a member of the Friends of the Women’s Commission and former member/chairperson of the Delaware County Women’s Commission.
